You can book online or call/chat and we dispatch a installer straight to your location. Most of the time the fee is included in the price and there are no other fees except taxes. If the driver is close enough there is no mileage fee. If they are farther away there is a nominal mileage fee.

Most of the times we have a mobile provider using our applications and we will inform you of Estimated Time of Arrival, when they are arriving, and you can communicate directly with them just like Uber or Lyft. In some cases we use a third party delivery network we strive to communicate the same information to you where it is available.

We carry a variety of high quality, industry leading brands for your vehicle. The brand available is determine by location and availability.

There are times due to inventory variances by region, you may receive a different brand than shown online. All of our batteries are backed by a warranty and meet the OE specs of your vehicle. You can feel confident in the battery you purchase from us.

Currently we only ship to a US or Canada address. Most of our orders are filled locally so find your product and it will tell you what is available.

Unfortunately, most deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some small items may be ordered via special order if necessary. Please contact customer service to determine.

Yes, we do ship some products to Hawaii and Alaska, but extra shipping charges may apply. If we have a local provider, will come directly from them saving you money.

We ship from multiple locations and the items rate is based on the source zip code to you. If the order is over $75 dollars and not subject to weight, core return, or other issues we will pay for the ground shipping service and there is no charge.

Yes, sales tax is charged for all states. We have a presence in every US state and Canada. So sales tax will be calculated at the time of checkout. If you are a reseller and exempt you will need to contact customer service to setup an account.

Simple contact customer service for an Return Authorization. We will accept returns minus freight charges for 30 days without questions. If an order after the 30 day period and is under manufacturer warranty we recommend contacting them first and if there is a problem we will assist.

Installed Automotive or Vehicle Batteries are not eligible for refund, please contact customer service for a warranty request. You can call us or use the chat on the website during normal business hours.

Any Credit Card Disputes that we deem invalid will void all warranties.

Yes, all items are covered by their original manufacturers warranty. For many vehicle batteries we extend the warranty from 12-18 months up to three years, we will take back an unused return for 30 days no questions asked. For additional questions, please contact customer service at info@1800battery.com.

Mobile installed batteries for vehicles and other deep cycle needs are not returnable but replacement is available under warranty.
