Hello Richard, my name is Henry Mavrinac and I purchased a battery from you on 7/3/25. My experience was a good one except for one thing. When your technician was getting ready to leave I asked him for the 3 year battery warranty for my 2009 Saturn Aura XR. He told me he would email it before he left. When I checked my email there was nothing. Richard, I am old school and I want to see a paper warranty. If I have an issue with this battery I should be able to reference my purchase date with a paper warranty. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I asked for a new battery early in morning and by 9:30 my car was ready to go on the road. I liked that I could choose between several battery options. Greg replaced the battery and he was very experienced and also great chat with. I went to battery.com after AAA was not vey responsive.

I have used 1-800-Battery a few times and I appreciate their help so much! This time, Ray G. came and helped us when my daughter's car left her stranded after we ate at a local restaurant. Luckily, I was with her and she was able to come with me to wait until someone could come help us. The wait time (from 8 pm until the following afternoon at about 3:30) is the only negative. Ray was so friendly and helpful! He even called a friend/mechanic to ask a question bc the starter also had to be replaced so I had to have it towed! :$
