He did a thorough check and spent the time to show the battery can be removed and tested outside of the car. He left me comfortable that my car was safe to drive with the new battery.

Saved the day! I had a completely dead battery so dead it wouldn't hold a charge long enough to get to the auto parts store and I don't have any close friends where I live- I was completely distraught for days. Then a Google search came up with 1-800-battery and a few hours later my vehicle was running again. The person they sent out was kind, professional, and reassuring. Took him less than 30 minutes! Hopefully I won't have to use this service again but if I do I'm definitely choosing this company.

The process was seamless. I knew it was battery issue but worry that it could be more. I have 2008 Prius still in good condition with all parts working. From the time I placed the order to the battery installation, the service went as planned with no hiccups.
My only issue is the usability of the website email. The email was too wordy and I had to read a lot of text just to find the current status. My experience would be more relaxed, but i would still recommend this service.

Transaction went well, installer was good. One glitch however, wrong battery was delivered first and installer had to bring it back for right battery. I would have liked to have some documentation as to what brand of battery(s) were installed, both primary and auxiliary and warrenty information.
